A global, integrated communications consultancy is currently looking for an exceptional Digital Consultant to provide strategic counsel and digital execution for its clients in corporate practice. You will be building strong client relations and driving growth witnin a consultancy environment while working closely with the firm's management team. about the job.
  • Serve as a primary digital point of contact, anticipating client needs and ensuring quality control
  • Develop and manage digital and social media communications materials, long term plans, new ideas and program recommendations mapping back to larger content strategy and core client objectives
  • Demonstrate practical and advance understanding of social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate into client programs
  • Maintain clear and consistent communications between the client and account team; help manage client expectations and flat issues, as appropriate
  • Support new business efforts, participate in research, development and presentation of new business proposals

skills & experiences required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital communications
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and social platforms and demonstrate understanding of how they integrate into communication programs
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast pace environment as well as a in a client-focused, team-orientated environment
  • Ability to think and write creatively and strategically with strong project management skills
  • Strong in written and spoken Cantonese and English
