About The Company
Our client company is a top tier main contractor. They provides diverse training and support, you can explore and achieve goals with them. In addition, they have some ongoing projects currently thus they are now looking for Site Agent to join their team
About the Role
- Overall project planning and cost control
- Monitoring the site work progress to ensure the construction project on schedule
- Providing technical advice to external team
- Attending site meetings
- Liaison with different parties including internal and external (i.e consultant, contractor etc)
About the Requirement
- Degree holder in Building Construction or equivalent
- 8 years of experiences in project management experiences
- Member of CIOB, CIBSE, HKIE or equivalent is an advantage
