Our client is a retail company with over 50 years of history in the world. They are being considered as the most influencing leader in their industry. Currnetly they are hiring a Shipping Clerk to join their team. Fluent in English is a must.

about the job.
As a Shipping Clerk, you will
-Handle full set of I/E documents and process of sales order
-Contact and coordinate with external & internal parties for shipment issues
-Keep track of the shipment schedule and ensure prompt delivery
-Handle customer enquiries and correspondence
-Be responsible for accurate data input
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

skills & experiences required.
-Diploma/Associate degree in any discipline
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office, Excel ERP and Chinese word processing
-Knowledge of import/export documents
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Immediately available is highly preferred
