about the job.- Deliver the key services to ensure the service delivery is on time; and systems, methodologies and procedures are matching the agreed standards
- Manage incidents in the regional business to ensure the service is restored within SLA and root cause analysis, completed and full preventive actions put in place
- Review daily operation and workflows to ensure speedy resolution to service issues, and strong improvement plan in place
- Responsible for the stakeholder management and business communication for incident review
- Advise and suggest new solutions to the business based on the market trend for enhancing the workflows
- Prepare and deliver dashboard and periodical reports & establish measurement metrics such as KPI, SLA for driving continuous improvement
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT support/service delivery/operation related roles for enterprise/group level/large scale organizations
- Solid experience in IT service delivery, incident management and escalation procedures in a large scale and diverse environment
- Experience in any ITSM System such as ServiceNow or Zendesk etc.
- With strong business sense and ability to communicate and influence effectively with senior stakeholders at all levels translating technical ideas into simple language
- Good interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills
- PMP/ITIL Certification is a plus
- Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Deputy Service Delivery Manager
