My client is a well-established company in Hong Kong and they are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for improving and maintaining technical support and service delivery processes for the regional business growth and digital transformation journey.
about the job.
- Deliver the key services to ensure the service delivery is on time; and systems, methodologies, and procedures match the standards
- Manage incidents in the regional business to ensure the service is restored within SLA and root cause analysis, completed and full preventive actions put in place
- Review daily operations and workflows to ensure speedy resolution to service issues, and strong improvement plans in place
- Responsible for stakeholder management and business communication for incident review
- Advise and suggest new solutions to the business based on the market trend for enhancing the workflows
- Prepare and deliver dashboard and periodical reports & establish measurement metrics such as KPI, SLA for driving continuous improvement
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT support/service delivery/operation-related roles for enterprise/group level/large scale organizations
- Solid experience in IT service delivery, incident management, and escalation procedures in a large-scale and diverse environment
- Strong understanding of service management principles and frameworks such as ITIL
- Prior experience in any ITSM System such as ServiceNow or Zendesk etc.
- With strong business sense and ability to communicate and influence effectively with senior stakeholders at all levels translating technical ideas into simple language
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- PMP/ITIL certification is a plus
- Proficient in speaking both Cantonese and English is a must
