About the Company:

Our client is a growing MNC with a strong presence over Hong Kong and APAC.

They are looking for a experienced L&D professional to take up the role as Learning and Development Manager specialising in Corporate training. They are looking for someone who is seasoned, independent and outgoing to join their energetic team.

Job Description:

My client is a people-orientated company, with the growth of the business, they would like to look for a L&D Manager to design a sustainable talent management strategy and succession planning. This role focus on corporate training – the target audience will be office staff only. Candidates with regional experience and solid talent management experience are desired.

  • Analysis the company’s current manpower structure and set up a proper succession planning for the upcoming expansion of the company
  • Identify and access the training needs for back office staff, work closely with line managers for the progamme liaison
  • Look after the training budgets, closely monitor for the ROI and effectiveness of training
  • Source and liaise with external vendors for new training plans/ programme launch
  • Participate in Employee relations matter – to conduct employee survey and analysis the staff’s needs and implement a way to fulfil them
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks when needed

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years L&D experience within a sizeable organisation
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidates who are certified with different L&D programmes such as 7 habits, NLP, DISE etc. are desired
  • At least 5 years of Managerial experience is a must
