You will be joining a friendly team of 8 members and will report directly to the Head of Compliance, who has a strong background in compliance within the fintech and payment industry

Managing AML compliance operations, specifically focusing on KYC and transaction monitoring
Assisting in the enhancement of AML compliance processes and controls
Analyzing situations to identify AML issues, red flags, and risks in KYC information and transactions
Collaborating with counterparties to ensure proper execution of AML controls in a timely manner
Acting as a subject matter expert on AML matters, providing timely advice and support to the business
Balancing risk awareness while enabling business growth and effectively managing AML and fraud risks
Updated on regulatory requirements and emerging risks in the evolving regulatory landscape

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree or higher educational qualification
5 years of relevant experience in AML compliance, preferably gained from the payment service, MSB/MSO, or banking industry
CAMS or equivalent certification is highly desirable
Strong knowledge and understanding of risk and compliance matters within the payment industry
Demonstrated sound commercial experience and judgment
Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of an Asian language is advantageous
Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment alongside a diverse team
