Senior Website UX / UI Designer

Our client is a sizeable corporate in the digital industry in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior Website UX / UI Designer to join the E-commerce and Digital Marketing Team.

Team:

  • Join a team of 5
  • Report to the Director of E-commerce and Digital Marketing
  • Young and energetic team
  • Fast-moving industry and dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

  • Research, wireframe, design and refine user interface and experience
  • Develop web-based customer engagement strategies (e.g. new features)
  • Improve and enhance the customer journey and user experience (e.g. identity pain points)
  • Coordinate different business units, translating the business needs into requirements and specifications
  • Hands-on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder of any related discipline
  • 5+ year of experience in UX / UI design for websites and mobile applications
  • Basic website programming (e.g. HTML, CSS) and digital design (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) knowledge would be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications in English and Chinese
