About the company

Our client is a sizable, well-known retail group. They are looking for an experienced training and development officer to devise their training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.

Job Descriptions

  • Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives
  • Research, develop, implement and maintain customized trainings across retail team
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Collaborate with senior manager to assess and evaluate retail training effectiveness and provide solutions and recommendations
  • Ensure timely and detailed feedback is provided related to all learning modules

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a training and development role, preferably in retail
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
