Senior Trade Development Manager | travel, tourism, retail
The company is a well-known and sizable corporate within the travel and tourism industry. With continuous initiatives to attract tourists (esp. Greater Bay Area and South China) to the destinations in Hong Kong and to drive their spending, the company is looking for a Senior Manager to join the team to lead all the tourist-related B2B, B2C and B2B2C sales and marketing activities.

- Identity potential business partners (e.g. airlines, OTA, government / quasi-governmental bodies, industry organisations, etc.) and opportunities for partnership development and growth
- Develop and lead sales and distribution marketing programs, implement effective trade promotion and familiarisation programmes with local and international travel trade partners to align with business and branding objectives
- Monitor and control the annual distribution marketing budget for all marketing activities
- Evaluate the performance of all sales and distribution marketing campaigns, analyse feedback on trade promotions and familiarisation programmes to assess the effectiveness and recommend improvements for future activities
- Work with internal departments (e.g. Digital, CRM, Events, etc.) and stakeholders to ensure seamless consumer and tourist experience
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Tourism, Hospitality or any related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in trade development / travel trade / marketing in the tourism and hospitality industries
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
