Senior Supply Chain Manager - order fulfillment


Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing suppliers across APAC. This Hong Kong based role interfaces with module and vendors to ensure supply chain goals are met.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Develop strategic/tactical supply chain management initiatives to support client and customer solutions
  • Establish procurement guidelines and policies on inventory holding against order fulfillment
  • Lead the development of new operating model to support supply chain initiatives with detailed project plan for implementation and detail operating mechanics for robust operations
  • Establish collaboration model to work with various regional Supply team, and play an integral role to improve overall supply chain performance with a particular focus on on-shelve availability at retail.
  • Support other global supply activities such as development of Asia Hub, logistics costs modeling, Global Inventory establishment and stock controls, any related system implementation


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 10 years of management experience;
  • Experience in developing end-to- end supply chain model from source to retail, integrated multi-level supply planning;
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving ability in forming up and validating supply chain strategy and turning into actionable operating model.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional, extended supply chain change project
