Design and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and secure infrastructure and system.
Define guidelines and standards for resource provisioning, monitoring, and access control.
Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to cloud usage.
Collaborate with internal teams including IT, operations, finance, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment with governance standards.
Provide guidance and support to all business stakeholders on IT governance requirements and best practices.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Strong experience in ITSM process handling.
Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and financial industry standards (e.g., CSA, SOC, ISO27001).
Experience and knowledge in cloud platforms is a huge advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are highly desirable.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a specialist level.
