- Provide professional selling & advice on one-stop IT solutions, including hardware, software, infrastructures, and solutions, to our existing and new potential customers
- Work closely with customer and Pre-Sales teams to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Establish & maintain excellent relationship with existing customer on different working levels
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and user experience
- Develop and explore the potential customers in market
- Work independently on sales opportunities and follow up with customer tactfully
- Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal and handle customers' enquiries
skills & experiences required.
- Degree or above in Business, IT or related disciplines
- 5+ sales related working experience, preferably in IT/Telecom industry
- Strong products knowledge for ES product (e.g. FTNS, ICT and SI service…)
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
