About the Company:

My client is a multinational conglomerate and they are currently expanding their HK business.

They are looking for a seasoned Rewards professional to take up the Senior C&B Manager role to look after all round employee rewards programmes and to set up different high level C&B policies (No C&B operations at all).

Job Description:

  • Specialised in employee rewards programmes for HK and other regions
  • Work closely with the Group Rewards team to drive regional rewards initiatives, also provide advice to HRBPs for C&B advice to support the business
  • Design, review and manage the whole group’s C&B structure and programme, actively involve in strategic direction planning for the group
  • Take the lead to conduct different C&B projects including but not limited to salary benchmarking, title and grading alignment, company competitiveness analysis etc.
  • Oversees international mobility matters and provide professional advice for different cases
  • Assist in any ad hoc C&B related projects if needed

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in HR Management or a related field
  • At least 10 years of C&B HR experience preferably in sizeable firms – at least 3 years focus in Rewards
  • Candidate who handled large scope of headcounts before will be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with short notice period are desired
