About the job
- Handle daily leasing matters for residential properties or serviced apartments
- Build good relationship with tenants through providing quality services
- Conduct market research and promote the brand of our residential properties and services
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2 years’ relevant experience in market research and business development, leasing and marketing preferred
- Candidates with Mainland background or exposure would be an advantage
- Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
- Strong initiative and customer orientation
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
