About the Company:

My client is a MNC and they are currently expanding their HK business.

They have set up a new headcount to look after their Rewards related matters, they are looking for a seasoned Rewards professional to take up the Senior Rewards Manager role to look after all round employee rewards programmes and to set up different high level C&B policies (No C&B operations at all). This role will be focusing on HK and APAC region.

Job Description:

This role will be looking for a Rewards professional who have experienced in both Compensation and Benefits side, however since my client is aiming to gradually enhance their staff wellbeing, candidates with strong benefits experience is highly preferred.

  • Specialised in employee rewards programmes for HK and other regions
  • Lead the regional rewards initiatives, also provide advice to HRBPs for C&B advice to support the business
  • Design, review and manage the whole company’s benefits programmes, actively involved in strategic direction planning for the company
  • In charge of review/ revamp of the company benefits programme, including but not limited to employee pension schemes, flexi-benefits, company medical plans etc.
  • Take the lead to conduct different C&B projects including but not limited to salary benchmarking, title and grading alignment, company competitiveness analysis etc.
  • Assist in any ad hoc C&B related projects if needed

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in HR Management or a related field
  • At least 10 years of C&B HR experience preferably in sizeable firms – at least 5 years focus in Rewards
  • Candidate who handled benefits projects and looked after regional before will be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
