- Lead the procurement strategies development that deliver values to the projects and forward thinking. And aslo need lead the estimating, cost reporting and post-contract commercial management
- Establish short-term, medium-term and long-term organizational objective of the streamlined Strategic Procurement & Commercial Management
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Quantity surveying or equivalent;
- Membership of RICS, HKIS, CIPS or equivalent
- At least 15 years years experience in in procurement and commercial management for diversified projects in construction industry, at least 8 years’ experience working in China
- Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Immediately available is highly preferred
