Our client is reputable developer with multiple iconic commercial developments in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a Senior QS to join and grow within their well established portfolio team.

About the role

Responsible to provide full QS services including budget control.
Conduct pre contract cost control particularly on preparation of cost estimates, cost plans and cost analysis.
Prepare tender documents and pre-contract tendering support for projects including A&A and new projects

What you'll need

Bachelor Degree or above in Quantity surveying or equivalent;
Membership of HKIS / RICS
min. 6 years years experience in QS field
Good Chinese, English and computer skills
Candidates with more experience will be considered Senior manager
Immediately available is highly preferred
