About the company

Our client is a reputable property developer with historical success and stable presence in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent development, they are now calling property management talents to come and join their well established team.

About the role

Help support and oversee daily building and tenancy management operations.
Collaborate with internal and external parties, fostering positive tenant relationships.
Aid the Property Manager in supervising the building operations team and guiding staff in their daily tasks.
Coordinate with different departments on property management issues.
Assist in analysing data, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements.
Address inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.

What you’ll need

Degree or above in Property Management or equivalent
3 years of above with relevant experience in property management, experience coming from commercial properties would be huge plus
Holder of PMP Tier 1 or 2 is highly desirable
Independent, able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
Business proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Immediately available is highly preferred
