About the Company

Our client is a leading and dominating telecommunications company with multiple self owned commercial, telecommunications premises in HK. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for property management talent to join their facility management team.

About the Role

Assist, implement and oversee the daily operation of the assigned premises
Provide immediate support in emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from different parties
To oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services of the service provider
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational policies, procedures and strategy

About the Requirement

Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or a related discipline is preferred but not a must
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management / facility management within commercial, shopping mall, residential or institutional properties
Holder of PMP Tier 1 or 2 is highly desirable
Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediately available is highly preferred
