About the Company
Our client is one of the leading reputable institutions in Hong Kong with sufficient landbank both locally and internationally. With continuous and new project development, they are now looking for property management specialist to look after their properties with a focus in F&B.
About the Role
You will be the lead of managing and developing the F&B portfolio within the organization. Overseeing day to day operations, tendering and identifying potential vendors, managing and monitoring the service standard of existing vendors, formulating and implementing new ideas in the business plan to further improve the operation of the F&B portfolios. You will also be preparing relevant reports and presentations to the executive management.
... About the Requirement
- Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of property management experience, ideally from shopping mall, institution, with 5 years or above in managerial level
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
