Our client company is a specialist engineering solution provider with long history in Hong Kong. With continuous business growth and headcount expansion in the engineering and project management department, they are now looking for a Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager (E&M) to join their team in HK.

About the Role

As the Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager (E&M), you will manage construction activities and programs and to make sure they are delivered on time, cost, quality and complied with safety requirements. It is also critical for you to have a strategic way to manage, coordinate and supervise external stakeholders including constrution & project department, sub-contractors and constructioin workers.

About the Requirement

Over 8 years in electrical/ mechanical/ building services engineering, preferable with contractors/ consultancies experiences
MHKIE/ MCIBSE/ RPE (Building Serives) Holder or equivalent is highly preferred
Experiences in handling health-care/ hospital/ institutional/ highly critical facilities project references would be an advantage
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree holder in Building Services Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
