- develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth within the assigned territory
- build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and recommendation
- identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the surgical community
- conduct product demonstrations and presentations to surgeons and surgical staff, highlighting the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products
- collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
- stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and relevant scientific advancements to effectively position our products and differentiate them in the market
skills & experience required.
- degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or related disciplines
- minimum of 1 year of experience in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales position
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in MS Office Suite
