Manage day-to-day retention operations, including activities such as data mining, analysis, operational support, and monitoring program performance.
Develop and execute retention programs, employing effective selling approaches and scripts to optimize the retention rate of sales channels.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to create compelling marketing materials that bolster retention programs.
Monitor and assess business performance against budget targets, making necessary adjustments as required.
Conduct comprehensive customer profiling and analyze usage patterns to uncover valuable insights for business growth.
Stay abreast of competitors' actions and track market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree or above
2-6 years of relevant experience, worked in telecommunications industry preferred.
Strong data analysis skills in Tableau/ PowerBI is a must.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Marketing Executive.
