-Oversee the end-to-end IT and non-IT procurement process, including sourcing, RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide sourcing guidance
-Monitor supplier performance, establish KPIs, and implement supplier scorecards for continuous improvement
-Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
-Identify cost-saving opportunities, drive supplier consolidation efforts, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives
-Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices

skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
-Min 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on IT and non-IT categories
-Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and strategic sourcing
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in procurement software and systems
-Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
