Our client is one of the largest employers in Hong Kong with dominant positions in a variety of businesses. With the launch of their stable business development plan, they are currently looking for a Senior Procurement Manager (office furniture/ fitting out/ facility services) to join their procurement team.

about the job.

As a Senior Procurement Manager(office furniture/ fitting out/ facility services), you will

  • Carry out procurement operations, including but not limited to sourcing and tendering activities.
  • Responsible for procurement of fit-out works, office furniture, facilities projects, or related categories across the entire business.
  • Develop and implement categories with the cluster which ensures supply availability and quality that best meets the standard of the club.
  • Supervise and coach junior staff in order to ensure requisitions are completed as scheduled.
  • Analyse and identify process gaps and facilitate continuous improvement within procurement function.

skills & experiences required.

To be successful in this position, you need

  • Bachelor degree (Procurement, Business Administration or related disciplines) in a recognised university, preferably with qualifications of CIPS/ CPSM.
  • At least 15 year working experience at a sizable organisation.
  • Strong knowledge in procurement of fitting out/
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
