Senior SEM Specialist

Our client is a 4As digital marketing agency in Hong Kong. With the rapid growth of the business, the company is expanding the team and looking to hire a Senior SEM Specialist to lead more campaigns.

about the job.

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
  • Track, report, and analyze KPIs and website analytics for PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Present key data and conclusions to management and/or Clients

skills & experiences required.

  • Degree holder of Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, search engine marketing or internet marketing
  • Experience in popular ad platforms (e.g. Google ads, Apple, Facebook) or with Google Ads certification would be a plus;
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns for mobile apps would be beneficial
  • Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
