about the company.

Our client is a top tier investment bank and they are currently looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst under the operations team. This is a team lead position reporting directly to the Head of Operations. about the job.You will be responsible for:
  • managing the operations team around new accounts, credit and loan operations
  • Review KYC documents and assist in client onboarding and documentation
  • Oversee the team and work closely with support teams to make sure there is a smooth workflow and it complies to the complany policies and procedures
  • Manage the stakeholders of the and assist with projects where necessary
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of client onboading and documentation experience within banking industry
  • Strong communications skills in English and Chinese
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
