- You will deliver IIQE and on-boarding training programmes.
- You will assist the team head to gatekeep training programme design.
- You will learn to design and revamp the training programmes and materials to meet the company culture and business goals.
- You will assist the team head to prepare the trainers’ guide to ensure standardized and quality delivery of various courses.
- You will monitor and track the training effectiveness.
- You will participate in the development of digital training materials.
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
- You have at least 5 years of experience in agency or bancassurance insurance training
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are able to communicate with different levels and maintain good business relationship with sales team
- You are fluent in Cantonese and English, mandarin preferred
