about the job

• You will assess EC (Retail / Construction) claims cases.
• You will conduct investigations on potential fraud cases.
• You will work closely with healthcare specialists and other business partners to achieve efficient claims settlement.
• You will provide mentorship and technical support to junior claims handlers (incl. reviewing cases & delivering training).
• You will develop and revise claims case strategy to assign claims reserves appropriately.
• You will handle claims enquiries from clients and other external parties.

skills & experiences required

• You are a Bachelor Degree holder, preferably with ANZIIF / ACII.
• You are with 2+ years EC claims experience, preferably with Legal / Litigation case exposures.
• You have strong analytical skills to make assessment decisions independently.
• You have good interpersonal skills and are customer-oriented.
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Officers.
