about the job
- You will provide professional services to Life / General Insurance enquiries by phone / email.
- You will provide quality service to our internal and external customers.
- You will handle customer complaints and ensure all the cases received are adequately investigated, follow through and settled up to customers’ satisfaction.
- You will support ad-hoc projects and special tasks such as UAT, marketing campaigns or product launch etc.
- You will develop effective working relationships with colleagues and across the other regions to ensure alignment of best working practice.
skills & experiences required
- You have minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call centre in Life Insurance or General Insurance or Medical Insurance
- You have IIQE license paper I, II, III and V (not a must)
- You are customer oriented
- You are proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Less experienced candidate will be considered as Officer
