My client is a local listed company with various business entities and they are currently expanding their team. They are currently looking for a Senior Officer, C&B to join their team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager within a sizable team.
about the job.
- Handling monthly payroll processing for 200-300 headcount, MPF enrolments, insurance renewals, providing various C&B reports for managements to review
- Responsible for annual C&B exercises including salary benchmarking, salary and benefits review, bonus review, performance management
- Manage the process of HRIS system maintenance, implementation and revamp, knowledge in vendor management
- Support on any ad hoc projects assigned by senior management
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of compensation & benefits work experience in sizable platforms with over 500 headcount
- Experience in HRIS implementation
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
- Humble, flexible, positive, a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge in IPL system will be a plus
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
