Handling network implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting including LAN/WAN and VPN across users across business locations in the APAC area
Work with switches, routers, firewalls, wireless and other networking equipment
Operating with system administration and maintenance with Microsoft 365, as well as all-rounded infrastructure set-up
Providing IT support for business applications (Teams/SharePoint/Note), operating systems, servers, email systems, mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and virtualization

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, and related field
5+ years of experience in network engineering and system administration, with exposure to APAC/MNC experience
Experience in LAN, WAN, Firewall, and VPN maintenance as well as usage of network analysis tools
Experienced with Microsoft 365 administration including Teams, Onedrive, and Sharepoint
Experience in managing servers and cloud(AD/Azure AD or Oracle)
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and Cisco products would be advantageous
Proficient in Mandarin and English
