About The Company

My client, an international financial services firm, is looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst for it IT Project Management Office (PMO). The firm is a leader in investing in its market and also one of the biggest investors in digital, transformational and also Fintech projects. It is now looking for a Senior MIS Reporting analyst to help with IT MIS reporting. This opportunity is open to PMO reporting individuals with financial services background, and also good Reporting Analysts from all industries.



About the Team

You will be working with a very competent PMO office, and you will have direct access to senior decision makers within the firm. You will be given responsibilities to work with senior management. The team itself is a friendly team with professional and courteous people.



About the Job

  • Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports for management and other stakeholders, mainly for IT investments
  • Work closely and co-ordinate with different functional teams in delivering MIS reports
  • Assist in designing and reviewing KPIs to measure, explain and drive business performance
  • Support ad hoc projects and enhancement requests as assigned
  • Conduct analysis and researches for providing insight, forecasts and pipeline information
  • Knowledge and proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including Waterfall and Agile will be an advantage.
  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in a dynamic environment with forward-thinking mindset.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Highly effective influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of analysis and operation improvement.
  • Good understanding of local regulatory compliance and requirements.
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to clearly express business processes and ideas verbally and in written English.
  • Self-initiated and work independent.



Requirements

  • Degree holder with 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking or finance industry
  • Must be professional and attentive to details
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Word is preferred
