• Develop and execute merchandising strategies for the decoration category, aligning with overall business objectives and target market.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and marketing to develop and launch innovative decoration collections.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development to assortment planning, pricing, and inventory management.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to optimize product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure appealing and effective presentation of decoration products in-store and online.
• Monitor and analyze competitors' merchandising strategies and pricing to stay competitive in the market.
• Train and mentor junior merchandising team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the decoration field, with a focus on assortment planning and product development.
• Strong knowledge of decoration trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the decoration sector.
