    My client is a well known organization with a company size over 300 headcount in a corporate office with various working relationships with different business entities. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Management to join their team.

    Reporting to the Talent Management Head and leading a small team.


    about the job.

    • Manage annual talent review exercises across group offices and other business units
    • Drive, design and implement engagement surveys and also support the different entity’s business leads
    • Provide data insights and recommendations for senior management and HR leaders, and continue to improve the process, framework
    • Expand new methods to enhance current talent operations, automate procedures, and minimize administrative workload
    • Create the talent pool strategy by providing talent with the right career development, engagement, and career path within the organisation
    • Lead and promote our performance management and development process to internal team members, adapt new ways of engaging employee and drive a performance culture in the long run
    • Initiate effective talent programs for succession planning, workforce retention, promotion
    • Design talent dashboard and prepare report insights to drive deliberate action plans
    • Work closely with HR technology team to improve talent management platforms
    • Participate in any other ad hoc projects assigned by senior management

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 10 years of Talent Management and Performance Management experience working in sizable companies with management experience
    • Experience in driving and designing talent management programs for corporate functions including senior executives and good exposure in taking part for annual talent review
    • Good knowledge of performance management, training and development, succession planning and strong data analysis skills
    • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
    • Communicative, corporate and able to work with all levels from junior to C-level executives
    • Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HR systems
    • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
