About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, directly reporting to the director, you will lead a team of technical professionals for a full cycle of project management. You will also be accountable for design planning, contract administration, technical activities, managing each stakeholder, monitoring the project on schedule within the budget and quality.
- Degree in Architecture/ Building/ Construction Management related background in real estate;
- Over 10 years of relevant experiences, with prior track record managing local residential projects
- Experienced in developer side practice
- MHKIA holder or equivalent qualifications
- Strategic team leadership skills and good client interfacing skills
- Energetic with good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
