- Conduct risk and control assessment as well as perform independent operational risk assessment and provide quality assurance on the effectiveness of key controls
- Assist in preparing regular risks reports by collecting, verifying and analyzing the information in order to ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and to ensure key operational risks are appropriately addressed in Risk Committees
- Drive risk identification and assessment, management and response, monitoring, and controls of operational risks on key initiatives and projects
- Support ORSA process related to Operational Risk and develop tools to quantify the top risks for prioritization
- Handle operational risk incident reporting and ensure effective execution of migration actions
- Support group level operational risk framework deployment and implementation
- Promote risk awareness internally by having regular dialogue and training sessions with relevant parties
- Support and maintain operational risk related systems
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally from an operational risk or control background in insurance. Welcome candidate from Internal Audit/ Compliance experiences as well
- Strong understanding of insurance business and operating procedure
- Excellent communication skills in English and ideally Chinese as well
