About the Company
Our client company is a reputable international solution provider with strong presences in Hong Kong and across the region. With continuous business growth in Hong Kong, they are now looking for high calibre Senior Manager/ Manager to power through Business Development strategies with focus on Workplace Solutions.
Directly reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, cultivating client relationships, and developing innovative workplace solutions. You will
- lead the business development efforts including strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives to expand the client base.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and stay abreast of industry trends to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and customize workplace solutions/ facilities management solutions that align with client objectives and industry standards.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee the successful implementation of projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on advancements in workplace/ facilities management technology and practices, integrating new innovations into service offerings.
About the Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B business development solutions environment, preferably within the workplace/ facilities management solutions
- A track record of successfully securing new business and fostering client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Cantonese & English
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives independently.
