Senior Manager / Manager, Bancassurance (Channel management, Product Strategy, Pproduct marketing)

Our client are hiring high calibre(s) to support in the bancassurance team. Individuals with solid experience in channel management, product strategy, product marketing, partnership distribution, or channel support etc, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• To support partnership distribution strategy, to implement business initiatives along with business goals.
• To closely work with insurance partners to facilitate retail banking insurance business.
• To coordinate and manage insurance distribution project.
• To be responsible for business strategic decision for insurance business.
• To liaise with retail banking front office and back office for control and provide supportive analytical performance result
• To communicate product marketing initiatives including campaigns, customer engagement, product launch, customer engagement etc.
• To timely review and manage resources allocation
• To support bancassurance channel distribution leaders and department head upon business needs.

Requirement:

• University degree in insurance related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of work experience with solid experience gained from retail banking/ insurance industry
• Have partnership distribution experience have added advantages.
• Strong in insurance partnership management or channel marketing have added advantages
• Self motivated, independently to drive projects
• Strong ownership
