Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and drive strategy planning, roadmapping, development, testing and implementation of the HRIS and other relevant system
Lead the creation of HRIS ecosystem architecture by considering business needs and technology limitations, with the selection of technology standards, describe configuration paradigms, and identify demand for the reference architecture
Lead and collaborate with project teams and other 3rd party vendors for ensuring the delivery, system integration and configuration is able to meet the agreed standards
Define and maintain the architecture principles and the best practices with IT policies to govern the usage and technology adoption across different IT domains
Research and support the group business to adopt new HR technologies in the market

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector with 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise level Human Capital Management (HCM)/ HR digital transformation project
Familiar with HRIS and HR related systems such as Workday (Most Ideal)/Taleo/Cornerstone/Peoplesoft etc.
A proven background in managing HRIS for large enterprise & with a good understanding of best practices
Practical understanding of key HR processes and practices for group level business
Solid experience in managing large scale program/project budget, timeline and manpower
Good communication skills and business mindset, with the ability to manage the relationship with business stakeholders and other departments
Proficient in written and spoken both Chinese and English is preferred
PMP certification is a plus
