You will manage the financial planning and forecasting process and delivery of high quality insight and analysis over financial performance, forecast, plan and projections to support management decisions
You will prepare local management reports including sales reporting, board papers, annual business plan and quarterly forecast
You will be involved in ad hoc financial analysis including business initiatives and projects - cost and benefit analysis

skills & experiences required.

University Degree in Actuarial, Accounting, Finance or Business
Qualified CPA or ACCA
At least 5 to 8+ years working experience in insurance or reinsurance industry
Understanding of the life insurance industry, embedded value reporting, risk-based capital frameworks and insurance regulatory requirements in HK (IFRS17 working knowledge would be ideal)
Strong business acumen with outstanding planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills in both spoken and written English
