- You will manage the financial planning and forecasting process and delivery of high quality insight and analysis over financial performance, forecast, plan and projections to support management decisions
- You will prepare local management reports including sales reporting, board papers, annual business plan and quarterly forecast
- You will be involved in ad hoc financial analysis including business initiatives and projects - cost and benefit analysis
skills & experiences required.
- University Degree in Actuarial, Accounting, Finance or Business
- Qualified CPA or ACCA
- At least 5 to 8+ years working experience in insurance or reinsurance industry
- Understanding of the life insurance industry, embedded value reporting, risk-based capital frameworks and insurance regulatory requirements in HK (IFRS17 working knowledge would be ideal)
- Strong business acumen with outstanding planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills in both spoken and written English
