job description

Be part of a new department working on greenfield digital projects to make the bank ready for the future.

  • To be a team member of Digital Strategy & Partnership Department
  • To design, track and continuously update the bank’s digital roadmap and strategy
  • To lead and coordinate the implementation of the latest digital banking solutions and initiatives for the bank
  • To lead and manage digital projects to enhance the digital banking channels to increase the bank’s competitiveness
  • To ensure the department’s projects comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • To collaborate with various departments or external business partners/ vendors to drive digital project development, implementation and business result delivery
  • To instill digital & innovation mindset into the bank’s culture using training, surveys, etc.
  • To evaluate and propose digital tools to achieve banks’ goals (i.e. improve digital performance)
  • To monitor and update division’s project status to ensure project development aligned with business strategy
Requirements
  • University graduate in Information Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ working experience in large scale of Digital Transformation & Digital Project Development of which 5 years in managerial level from recognized establishments in financial services and/ or Fintech related industries
  • Solid experience in driving implementation of innovation or new product or business initiatives
  • Sound understanding on latest market and technology trend with strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and project development lifecycles
  • Highly proficient in project management tools
  • Proven people management experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with good interpersonal skill in building positive working environment with diverse teams
  • Result oriented and able to deliver under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
