Lead, implement and drive sponsorship initiatives for the company
Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats to the organization's sponsorship initiatives and marketing campaigns
Identify and maintain strategic alliance partners to achieve business goals
Design and execute campaigns/programs to maximize alliance benefits based on full-funnel marketing strategies
Regularly review strategic alliance partners' performances and drive initiatives to enhance performance and meet required results
Localize and activate the global/regional group sponsorship assets
Identify and maintain strategic alliance partners for the CRM and lifestyle program (i.e. membership mobile app) to expand the reach and enhance products and services
Develop and execute measurement plans to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and sponsorship initiatives
Ensure all campaigns and initiatives are tracked accurately and reported on time, with a high level of attention to detail
Conduct financial return and ROI analyses to evaluate the success of campaigns and sponsorship initiatives
Provide recommendations for improving campaigns and initiatives based on analysis of performance data
Coordinate with the Legal department to develop agreements and monitor risk profiles to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Ensure strategic partnerships align with organizational objectives by collaborating with internal stakeholders
Actively manage relationships with strategic partners for mutual benefits and effective liaison to improve business results
Manage assigned projects

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree or above
10+ years of experience, preferably with marketing / business development / sponsorship and alliances development / liaison experience
Experience in B2B business development related in (South) China / GBA (Greater Bay Area) would be an advantage
Existing network of alliances contacts
Digital/social media savvy
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
