Lead the Partnership team of 5.
Support the team in executing business strategies and gaining a deep understanding of client expectations.
Utilize company's extensive data resources to accurately diagnose both known and unknown partner business needs.
Develop commercial strategic plans based on data insights to optimize accommodation availability, pricing, and content.
Prepare and implement quarterly commercial plans and strategies, ensuring timely delivery of targets.
Provide valuable market insights, competitor information, and feedback on system and product issues to headquarters.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, cultivating trusted and long-lasting relationships.
Proactively renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements for the company and its partners.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 8 years of experience in client facing, online travel agency, online eCommerce platform or hospitality industry
Highly collaborative with the ability to navigate complex and matrixed organizations to achieve impactful outcomes.
Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Results and data-driven, possessing strong analytical skills.
