Senior / Manager, Asset & Liability Management | Chinese Commercial Banking | HK$50-70K
An excellent opportunity for those who are working in the management reporting function but looking for new exposure in the next journey. Our client is looking for someone with hands on 6-8 years of management reporting experience to join the team and pick up ALM and ALCO related duties after hands on with a team of 3.

About the team:
Team of 3, reporting into a Head of Finance who has been with the bank for a stable years and hands on with operations, the position will be handle 60% of management reporting duties (balance sheet and revenue side) and the rest will be on ALCO related duties, and they are currently open to meet with candidates who are aiming for either Manager or Senior Manager title for 2023 business expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
...- Prepare and organise ALCO meeting materials including preparing key secretarial support for ALCO committees
- Handle daily ALM reporting, monthly analysis as well as ALM supporting material for committee meeting
- Prepare and review balance sheet, P&L and forecast for top management to make any business decision as well as to mitigate the risk(s) behind
- Critical function in monitoring liquidity, interest rate, funding position of the bank
- Manage a team of 3, review and support on their daily work tasks and lead the team as a role model
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management team, e.g. system enhancement or any data extraction or analysis
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Professional Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- Professional qualification in CPA, CFA, FRM or any equivalent
- At least 8-10 years of working experience, ideally someone with minimum of 4 years in-house experience in management reporting or ALM related
- People management experience in leading a small team and experience in dealing with top management or presenting to top management
- Past experience in system implementation or enhancement will be a PLUS but not a MUST
- Self-motivated, team player, open minded, able to cope with pressure and experience in dealing with top management
- Sound knowledge in MS Application, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing
- Great communication skills in both Chinese and English
