- Collaborate with the Team Lead to develop effective business solutions aligned with our platform strategy and KPIs
- Execute and monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications to achieve desired outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing content and communications strategies for the app launch
- Drive alignment among internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain a consistent brand voice and app personality

Support the omni-channel strategy by working closely with distribution channels and internal touchpoints
Manage channels, communications, and training for key stakeholders, including agencies and distribution partnersLeverage data insights and segmentation strategies to create targeted marketing campaigns and optimize contentLead customer feedback loop management, ensuring effective resolution of customer inquiries and concernsFoster collaboration with stakeholders across functions to integrate customer feedback and improve the user experienceskills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services or tech industry
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing data and extracting actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and manage cross-functional teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
