Our client is a reputable Financial Services company which is recognised as a market leader in corporate finance industry in Hong Kong. To support their rapidly expanding business, they are hiring an experienced Senior Manager, Administration to manage an office with 160 employees and oversee the daily office administration operations.

Job Descriptions

Directly reporting to Group Chief People and Culture, you will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation by leading an admin team of 10, and assist in corporate administration duties.

  • Establish and maintain equipment & facilities management, vendor management, procurement, catering service, car booking, security, housekeeping functions
  • Work closely with internal technicians for repair and maintenance
  • Supervise the administration team, organise and execute their workflow
  • Prepare proposals, budgeting and monthly reports
  • Formulate general office procedures, documents and policies
  • Liaise with internal departments and top management to ensure a smooth office operation
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects in the office such as office renovation/ green & sustainability
  • Participate and provide logistics and on-site support on company events while necessary



Skills & experiences required

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience achieved from listed company, sizeable companies (previous exposure in Insurance, Banking/ Financial Services companies is highly preferred)
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Great leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, fast-paced, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior levels
