About the company

Our client is a leading organization with a generous reputation in the market. They own and operate multiple prestigious buildings in town. To support the continuous growth in their facility management team, they are now looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join and grow together.

About the role

You will be the key member in the facility management team, managing portfolios in areas related to operation, repairs and maintenance, as well as A&A, fit-out projects. You will work with a team of FM talents in handling emergency cases, maintenance activities and handover inspections, etc.

What you'll need

• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in facility management, candidates with maintenance experience across client side are highly preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
• Proficient written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin
