About the Company

Our client is a leading lifestyle/ entertainment company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior Loyalty Marketing/ CRM Manager to join their team.

About the Job:

  • You will direct the strategic development of the CRM program to grow loyalty customers and boost sales.
  • You will collaborate with marketing team to develop & implement the personalized and guided consumer experience strategy/roadmap at all touch-points (online/offline) that build brand affinity as well as nurture loyalty.
  • You will lead customization, implementation & optimization of the loyalty strategies for the brand, incorporating consumer insights & analytics.
  • You will develop and execute new program benefits to nurture consumer loyalty as well as creating a differentiation between members and non-members at all touch points.
  • You will identify key drivers of retention (repeat visit) and loyalty throughout the entire lifecycle, propose and implement marketing programs / initiatives that capitalize on these drivers.
  • You will generate regular reports and analyze on customer loyalty and campaign results to optimize lifecycle management, drive traffic and sales and promote the brand and experience through retention and loyalty programs.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management in similar industry, with minimum 5 years supervisory experience. Less experience will be considered as subordinate position
  • Familiarity & comfort with campaign management processes as well as knowledge of commonly used CRM platforms & analytic tools, especially SalesforceStrong team player who possesses leadership & project management skills, possess the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with diversified cultures/teams
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional fluency in Cantonese & Mandarin is highly desired
  • Proactive; out-going, self-motivated and with pleasant personality, combined with objective setting, analytical and managerial skills Technology acumen; solid understanding of systems and databases that use customer data
